Overview

As an Applications Support Analyst, you will support Oracle Fusion Cloud across an evolving enterprise landscape. You’ll bridge business and IT during the Oracle implementation and continue providing long-term support within the Enterprise Applications team. This role blends project involvement with steady operational care, offering exposure to international stakeholders and a focus on improving system performance and user experience. Your work helps ensure reliable, high-quality service for internal users in a transformation-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

- Investigate and resolve incidents and requests for enterprise apps with root-cause analysis
- Provide functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address incidents promptly
- Manage escalations and drive issues to resolution
- Adhere to SLAs while prioritizing business urgency
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, stability, and user experience




- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions with stakeholders
- Support Oracle implementation and enhancement projects
- Maintain Oracle Fusion security roles and data access sets
- Create and maintain support documentation

Requisitos principales

- mindestens 2 years in application support, implementation consulting or similar end-user facing role
- At least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (or 1 year Fusion Cloud plus Oracle E-Business Suite experience)
- Experience across multiple Oracle modules (implementation, consulting or support)
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
