Overview

In this role you will drive end-to-end SAP FICO integrations, aligning finance processes with the Global Finance Core Platform. You will design and document API interfaces (OData) to connect SAP with external systems, while ensuring secure and compliant data flows. You’ll collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into scalable integration solutions and mentor junior analysts to build a capable team. This position sits at Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center, a hub for innovative tech that supports the company’s global operations.

Responsabilidades

- Lead gathering and analysis of business requirements with a focus on integrations and data exchange
- Align end-to-end finance processes with General Finance Core Platform and strategic goals
- Design and document API interfaces (OData) for SAP-external system integration
- Define project scope and create functional specs for integration scenarios
- Prepare SDLC-compliant Systems Design documents with traceability to architecture standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of integration patterns, middleware, and reusable components in SAP and non-SAP environments
- Collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Document all integration solutions for clarity and maintainability
- Support and execute application testing, implementation, and training
- Conduct quality reviews of change requests and projects




- Provide expert consultancy to Finance teams on SAP FICO and integration capabilities
- Ensure data security, compliance, and customer-centric designs
- Manage day-to-day prioritization of work across capabilities with business
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Perform Business Process Modelling and Re-engineering to optimize processes
- Contribute to end-to-end solution design across multiple workstreams
- Shape business cases with business stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 3–6 years of Business Analysis experience with independent working capabilities
- 4–5 years hands-on SAP FICO and interface/integration design including API development
- Proven experience in OData-based API design, ETL, and data integration
- University degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong SAP FICO (ECC 6.0) and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Deep understanding of SAP integration landscapes including SAP Cloud Integration and RESTful APIs
- Experience with SAP/Non-SAP interfacing, middleware and cloud-based integration platforms
- Familiarity with finance business processes and their SAP implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work in ambiguous environments
