Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at Accenture, you will design, develop, and deploy SAP-based HR solutions for clients across Spain. You’ll translate business needs into SAP requirements, lead multi-disciplinary delivery, and nurture client relationships from local to general delivery centers. Responsabilidades

- develop, deliver and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- capture functional and technical requirements from clients
- translate business requirements into SAP specifications and identify best solution
- customize and deploy SuccessFactors solutions
- work in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely




- lead and manage projects and client relationships in some cases
- collaborate with delivery centers across the globe

Requisitos principales

- 4-6 years of Experience with SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll and/or Recruiting Management
- experience developing functional and systems specifications
- Excellent English and Spanish for consulting
- good communication skills and strong team player
- occasional travel may be required
