What should a luxury real estate brand look, sound and feel like in 2026?

At VDB Luxury Properties, we're looking for someone who wants to help define the answer. We are searching for a Social Media & Content Manager to shape how VDB is expressed and experienced across our digital channels as we enter the next stage of our international growth.

This role sits at the intersection of luxury, real estate, culture, storytelling and social media.

The opportunity

You will own VDB's social media presence and content ecosystem, transforming exceptional properties, places, people and ideas into distinctive content that builds our brand and supports the business.

From an Instagram Reel showcasing an extraordinary Barcelona home to a LinkedIn story about the market, an editorial piece, campaign or international brand collaboration, you will help define how the world experiences VDB.

We are looking for someone with excellent creative judgement who also knows how to execute. Someone who can move effortlessly from idea to brief to production then publication and performance analysis.

What you’ll do

- Own VDB's organic social media presence and editorial calendar.
- Translate our brand and marketing strategy into compelling campaigns and content.
- Create and develop stories around properties, architecture, lifestyle, people and the luxury real estate market.
- Define channel-specific formats and storytelling across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Personally create, adapt and publish content when required.
- Lead creative production across photography, video, design and copy.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, freelancers and external creative partners.
- Oversee content across our website, editorial/blog, email, newsletters and selected offline touchpoints.
- Protect the consistency and quality of VDB's visual identity and tone of voice.
- Use audience and performance data to understand what resonates and continuously improve.
- Stay close to culture, luxury,



social trends and emerging content formats without chasing every trend.

Who we’re looking for

You understand luxury. Not simply as an aesthetic, but as a combination of taste, relevance, storytelling, consistency and extraordinary attention to detail. You combine strong creative instincts with the ability to organise people, projects and deadlines.

You are:

- Highly visual and culturally curious.
- Passionate about storytelling and brand building.
- Deeply familiar with social platforms and digital content.
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
- An excellent writer and communicator.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Confident directing creative talent and external partners.
- Interested in performance data without allowing algorithms to dictate the brand.
- Someone with strong opinions about what great content looks like, and the judgement to know why.

You bring 5+ years experience in social media, content or brand marketing within luxury or a closely related premium environment. Experience with luxury brands and premium audiences is important for this role. Fluent English is required. Spanish and additional languages are highly valued.
