As our Technical Sales Advisor – Pet Food, you will be the technical partner for our customers, translating nutritional and product expertise into practical solutions that create real value. Working closely with the commercial team, you will support customer conversations, product applications, trials and technical training, while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow our business.

You will work hand in hand with Sales and Key Account Managers: while they lead the commercial relationship, you will bring the technical and scientific expertise needed to understand customer challenges, recommend solutions and support successful sales.

What you’ll do

- Provide technical and nutritional support to Pet Food customers, acting as a trusted technical partner.
- Work alongside Sales and Key Account Managers to understand customer needs and develop the most appropriate solutions.
- Support product applications, customer trials, technical discussions and pre-sales activities.
- Translate technical knowledge into clear value propositions, demonstrating how our products and solutions can address customer needs.
- Introduce new products, solutions and concepts to customers and deliver technical presentations and training.
- Share market and customer insights internally to support commercial and product development decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Innovation teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pet Food products, applications, nutrition and relevant market developments.
- Contribute to customer-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives.





Who We’re Looking For You are a technically strong professional who enjoys being close to customers and can turn complex scientific information into clear, practical and commercially relevant solutions. Ideally, You Bring

- A degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science or a related scientific discipline.
- Technical knowledge or professional experience related to Pet Food, pet nutrition, animal nutrition or food/feed ingredients.
- Previous experience in a technical, nutritional, product or technical-commercial role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- A customer-oriented and consultative approach, with the ability to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, R&D;/Innovation and other internal teams.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel to customers when required.
