About the team & this role

We are looking for a Telecom Project Manager to drive the end-to-end integration of Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) into our satellite IoT connectivity service.

This role combines technical project management with telecom network integration. You will coordinate MNOs, internal engineering and operations teams, IPX providers, clearing houses and other external partners to take integrations from initial technical alignment through connectivity, roaming and billing validation to commercial launch.

The ideal candidate combines a good understanding of mobile telecommunications with strong project management, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone capable of taking ownership of an integration, building a clear plan and driving it end-to-end towards commercial readiness.

What you'll do

- Lead MNO integration projects end-to-end, defining the integration plan, milestones, dependencies, owners and technical readiness criteria from kick-off to commercial launch.
- Act as the main coordination point between MNO partners, internal engineering and operations teams, IPX providers, clearing houses and other external partners.
- Drive project execution: track actions and dependencies, identify risks and blockers early, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure integrations continue progressing.
- Coordinate the technical activities required for MNO onboarding, including connectivity setup, roaming configuration, IREG and TADIG exchanges, roaming testing and end-to-end service validation.
- Coordinate end-to-end billing validation with MNO partners, internal teams and clearing houses, including usage generation, TAP/DCH exchange,



reconciliation and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Ensure network, roaming and billing requirements are successfully validated before commercial launch and coordinate the transition of new MNO integrations into regular service operations.
- Monitor integration and service KPIs and drive improvements where needed.
- Standardize and continuously improve the MNO onboarding and integration lifecycle, making it more efficient and scalable.

What you bring

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Network Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management, telecom integration, mobile telecommunications, service delivery, telecom service operations or similar roles.
- A technical background and a good understanding of mobile telecommunications, with the ability to understand technical discussions, identify dependencies and coordinate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience driving projects involving multiple teams, external partners and technical dependencies.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to turn complex technical discussions into clear actions, owners and priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and troubleshooting mindset, with the ability to identify blockers and drive them towards resolution.
- Ability to take ownership and work autonomously in a fast-moving technical environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

Bonus if you have

- Experience with IoT connectivity, NB-IoT or LTE-M.
- Knowledge of international roaming concepts and processes.
- Experience working with MNOs, MVNOs, roaming hubs, IPX providers or clearing houses.
- Familiarity with roaming processes and standards such as IREG, TADIG, TAP or DCH.




- Familiarity with packet data concepts such as APNs, IMSIs, GTP sessions and IP connectivity.
- Knowledge of charging and billing architectures in mobile networks or experience validating roaming billing records.
- Familiarity with 3GPP network architectures and signalling.
- Experience with satellite communications or Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN).
