Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in an international business environment? We are looking for a proactive and motivated Trading Support professional to join our team in Madrid and provide essential support to our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and sending contracts, following up on trades, generating SAP reports on stock, positions, sales, and delivery status, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining accurate documentation for audit purposes.





We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and great attention to detail. You should be results-oriented, customer-focused, well-organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player who can work well under pressure. A humble attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in an international environment are key qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Issue and follow up commercial contracts and trade recaps for the Spanish, Portuguese and French markets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain the trade sheet, contract book and PNL for different desks.
- Execute hedges for physical trades and keep pricing files up to date.
- Report positions daily to the trading team.
- Manage stock across ports and warehouses, including allocation of sales to purchase orders, arrival tracking and forecasting of future needs.




- Send daily prices and market updates to clients and support the commercial team with client queries.
- Prepare market reports and regular commentary for the commercial team.
- Act as the link between the commercial team, the trading floor, logistics and finance, including cost calculations, demurrage and month-end values.
- Take part in commercial meetings.
- Keep documentation and records up to date for internal and external audits.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, marketing or equivalent
- Experience through an internship completed during university studies, preferably in the commodities industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
