Experteer Overview In this role you drive the design and deployment of 3PL warehouse management integration within an asset-light transformation for Johnson u0026amp; Johnson MedTech. You will collaborate with general and regional teams to standardize processes, data, and system interfaces across the distribution network. You will shape end-to-end WMS/TMS integration, ensuring scalable, compliant operations and clear governance. This position offers impact across a global transformation agenda and cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will be at the forefront of improving warehouse execution and partner collaboration to enable a future-state supply chain.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Define and maintain business process integration requirements for 3PL WMS operations globally• Map end-to-end warehouse workflows and integration points between Ju0026J systems and 3PL WMS• Standardize process requirements and interaction models for the asset-light operating model• Translate operational needs into structured system and integration specifications with IT• Specify inventory management, inbound/outbound execution, order processing, and warehouse transaction flows within 3PL• Develop and deploy integration frameworks, standards,



and playbooks for 3PL WMS operations• Ensure alignment of warehouse processes with partner models and upstream/downstream processes• Collaborate with 3PL Partner Management and Deliver Teams on governance and issue resolution• Identify opportunities to standardize warehouse processes and integration approaches across regions• Develop KPIs and monitoring frameworks for WMS integration effectiveness and warehouse execution• Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from deploymentsResponsabilidades• 8-10 years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination• Experience defining and improving operational processes, governance, or cross-functional project coordination• Experience shaping and implementing WMS / TMS• Strong organizational skills with multi-stakeholder management• Regional experience managing multiple markets, suppliers, or providers• Governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities• Experience maintaining process documentation and governance materials• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environmentRequisitos principales•
