You will own the status of our prototype and test bikes, keep tools and the workshop in perfect order, and run everything as clean and professional as an F1 pit area. You will also share your hands-on knowledge with dealers and our customer support team, helping them service bikes and solve problems.
What You’ll Do

- Keep bikes to standard on maintenance, service and cleanliness
- Organise prototype parts and tools with a clear place for everything
- Support the team and riders during testing
- Help customer support with technical insight, and manage specific cases or tickets when needed
- Document work, findings and learnings so the whole team benefits
- Travel to test sites,
races, dealers and distributors when required
- Keep development work fully confidential
What you will bring to Stark
- Technical education as a motorcycle, vehicle or EV technician / mechanic (FP or equivalent), or similar field experience
- At least 4 years’ experience as a motorcycle mechanic, ideally including off-road motorcycles
- Solid knowledge of workshop processes, tools and techniques
- An extremely organised way of working and high standards for yourself and those around you
- The ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A drive to keep improving performance, quality and cost
- Customer service experience
- Fluent Spanish and good English
Nice to have
- Racing or competition experience (race team, test team or similar)
- Experience with high-voltage systems, and an HV qualification for electric vehicles
- Experience with batteries, inverters and/or electric motors
- Advanced suspension and chassis set-up
- Data logging experience
- A passion for technology and motorcycles
Why work with us?
- The chance to work on a product people are genuinely passionate about
- A fast-growing company with real momentum
- A creative, international team based in Barcelona
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Direct access to riders, race teams, and the product: this is not a remote-from-the-product role
- Subsidized lunch in our in house restaurant
- Free access to our in-house gym (including weekends!)
- 30 days of paid vacation
