Our Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business.
They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions, collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.
We’re looking for Graduate Applied AI Engineers who can combine product ownership with technical execution. You’ll identify how AI can solve high-value problems, guide product strategy, and manage the models, data, architecture, and evaluation needed to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK.



We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).
Owning the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features, leveraging LLMs and modern machine learning frameworks
Collaborating with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to turn prototype models into scalable features
Building and optimising data pipelines, prompt workflows, and model integration components for AI assistants and automation tools
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, or a related STEM/technical field
To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming language skills
Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
