Overview In this role you will drive procurement for Industrial Circuit Protection NPI and product development, embedding with Engineering Product Development teams across locations to secure materials, tooling, prototypes, and supplier solutions.

You help ensure manufacturability, quality, and supply continuity while guiding supplier engagement through the design process.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize AVL, lead sourcing and commercial negotiations, and support successful product launches.

This position offers involvement across engineering, procurement, and supply chain to enable fast, cost-effective, and high-quality new products.

Compensaciones / Beneficios * competitive compensation * benefits package * performance-based incentives * adaptable work arrangements * development opportunities * cross-functional collaboration Responsabilidades * Lead procurement engagement with ICP Product Development teams to support NPI and product development initiatives * Source materials, tooling, prototypes, and supplier solutions for new product development projects * Manage supplier involvement through the product development lifecycle to support design for manufacturability (DFM) * Coordinate with Supplier Development to complete supplier qualification, APQP/PPAP activities * Lead RFQs, quotation analysis, supplier evaluation and selection, and commercial negotiations for new programs * Collaborate with Category Management to close gaps in AVL and shape sourcing strategies * Partner with Supply Chain to ensure lead times, MOQ, logistics, inventory strategies,



and packaging requirements meet needs * Own and continuously improve the IBU Procurement NPD process for successful NPI execution * Advocate for supplier base improvements and future growth aligned with product development * Collaborate with NPI teams across units to harmonize procurement processes * Monitor project cost, quality, timing, supplier readiness, and milestones for launches * Utilize Excel, Power

Point, Project, Visio and other tools for analysis, PM, and stakeholder communication * Travel to support supplier visits and sourcing activities as needed Requisitos principales * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations or related discipline * Minimum 5 years in Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain or related roles in industrial manufacturing * Experience with Product Development, Engineering programs, or NPI initiatives preferred * Experience with supplier relationships, RFQs, sourcing strategies and supplier performance management * Experience with APQP, PPAP, UL requirements and structured project management environments * Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management * Proficiency with Excel, Power
