Overview

In this role you will lead industrial and development activities for Launcher product bids and their robust project implementation. You will coordinate stakeholders across the Spain Future Programmes department to shape development plans, schedules, and industrial setups. You’ll focus on competitiveness of bids and the long-term readiness for execution, while contributing to the product roadmap and supplier strategies. A hands-on leadership role, you’ll advance your project management skills and help drive strategic decisions in a high‑tech aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead industrial and development activities for proposals/studies and ensure a robust project implementation phase
- Define development approach, risks, and project sequencing; develop the development plan and schedule
- Synthesize development approach, project roadmap, interdependencies, and AIV/verification strategy
- Define industrial setup baseline and procurement coordination; contribute to Make/Buy decisions
- Steer RFI/RFP processes with procurement and optimize supplier consortium




- Identify industrial weaknesses and implement back-up plans; maintain Long Term Agreements with key suppliers
- Communicate with customers, incorporate feedback, and ensure on-time delivery
- Support cost estimation, design-to-value processes, and development of the launcher products roadmap

Requisitos principales

- Master level in Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Industrial management or Project management in space industry
- 3 years’ experience in Project Management within space projects (study or implementation)
- Airbus PM certification for Bronze level (on-going acceptable)
- Experience in leading teams and driving stakeholder alignment
- Ability to organize activities, set priorities, and make difficult decisions
- Ability to understand technical, industrial, and programmatic drivers and propose solid plans
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel in Europe on a quarterly basis
