Overview

In this role you will shape Docplanner’s product knowledge by defining a unified content model for Kraken and Noa, and ensuring facts are sourced from code. You will lead the restructure of internal knowledge, establish quality standards, and guide teams to adopt a repository-driven, audit-ready approach. You’ll work closely with engineering, product and care teams to keep knowledge up to date across markets while enabling scalable, automated output. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on process design, mentoring, and cross-functional impact.

Responsabilidades

- Define and maintain the content model for product knowledge across Kraken and Noa
- Set quality standards with sources/references for every fact
- Choose a single structure usable by both assistants and ensure no duplicate maintenance
- Work in GitHub to identify where feature logic lives and translate it into reviewable output
- Improve output generation to reduce manual fact-checks and simplify processes
- Review and decide the fate of existing knowledge: restructure, rewrite, regenerate from code, or archive
- Lead the team through restructuring work with clear rationale and cross-market consistency
- Teach the team new ways of working, writing guides,



samples and training sessions
- Identify knowledge gaps not in code and design repeatable capture methods with PMs and experts
- Define update triggers and notification workflows to keep knowledge current with releases
- Coordinate with Product Experts to collect input and ensure verification workflows
- Ensure output format compatibility for Kraken and Noa and test content quality against fixed questions
- Coordinate with engineering for access to repositories and code-driven knowledge extraction

Requisitos principales

- 4 to 7 years in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management or similar with ownership
- Comfort with Git and GitHub, navigating large codebases and interpreting rules
- Experience designing content structures with small self-contained pieces and metadata
- Experience with repository-based documentation: versioned, reviewed, built like code
- Understanding of how AI assistants use content and how to test answers
- Proven ability to mobilize busy experts to review facts quickly and establish review formats
- Experience teaching a team a new working approach with guides, sessions and examples
- Ability to define a role with some ambiguity and raise risks early
- Professional English; additional languages a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian)
