Overview

In this role you will guide the overall game vision and design direction for AA experiences, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, innovative gameplay. You will lead the design team, align mechanics with progression, and manage quality and scope across PC/console projects. This is an opportunity to shape engaging player journeys within a globally diverse studio and contribute to a growing cross-platform strategy.

Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with studio stakeholders and leads to define and execute the game vision
- Direct tone, gameplay, and meta-structure to drive innovation and AA quality
- Lead the design team for cohesive player experience
- Coordinate with level design to ensure synergy between mechanics and progression
- Anticipate and mitigate quality and innovation threats
- Build cross-department relationships (Art, UI, Tech,



Online, Data, Audio, Production, HR)
- Allocate and plan resources and roadmaps with managers and producers
- Participate in recruitment for game designers

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of game design experience in lead/principal roles
- Led or released at least two titles as lead/principal/senior designer
- Proven experience in 3Cs and gameplay systems design for PC/Console action genres (sports, racing, combat, shooters, open world)
- Prototyping experience with Unity or Unreal
- Strong core design skills: meta-game/progression, balancing, UI/UX, level design, narrative
- Proficient communication and leadership
- Up-to-date knowledge of gaming market and trends
- Ability to maintain a defined creative strategy while allowing iteration
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
