Overview

In this role you will provide technical leadership for Command and Control software in the Defence sector, shaping architecture and guiding a development team. You will work on national and European projects involving artillery systems and unmanned platforms, driving robust, maintainable .NET/C# components. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional work with systems engineering, integration and validation teams, and make key technical decisions to deliver advanced capabilities. This is a hands‑on leadership position with a focus on impact, collaboration, and secure, scalable software. You’ll join a specialized, collaborative environment and have the chance to influence mission‑critical systems.

Responsabilidades

- Provide technical leadership and coordinate a team of software developers
- Contribute to software architecture design and develop .NET/C# components




- Plan and supervise development activities, identify risks, and resolve technical challenges
- Perform code reviews and promote best practices for quality and maintainability
- Collaborate with systems engineering, integration and validation teams on requirements, estimation, testing, and demonstrations

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related field
- 4 to 6 years of software development experience
- Strong OO development with .NET and C#, design principles and best practices
- Experience with distributed applications, APIs and web services
- Experience with Git and development management tools
- Ability to organize tasks, make technical decisions, and work independently
- Good level of English and strong communication/teamwork skills
