Overview

In this role you shape the enterprise AI platform used by teams globally, building scalable, secure and cost-efficient infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to enable AI services, governance, and model routing at scale, driving adoption and reliability. You’ll grow your technical leadership and, if you choose, mentor others while delivering high-impact platform solutions. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence architecture, tooling, and best practices in a collaborative environment.

- Enable teams via shared AI services, governance frameworks and model routing
- Implement prompt and skills management capabilities
- Ensure scalability, reliability,



observability, compliance and cost efficiency
- Define platform standards and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive AI adoption

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience building and operating AI or developer platforms at production scale
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, networking, and platform operations
- Experience with LLMOps/MLOps ecosystems, vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures, and AI frameworks
- Hands-on software engineering with Python and Java; Infrastructure as Code with Terraform; CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, safety guardrails, observability, reliability, and AI FinOps principles
