Overview

As Senior EHS Manager at our Valencia site, you will lead health, safety, environmental and process safety initiatives, partnering with Plant Management and integral EHS teams to build a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory and ADM standards compliance. You will own the EHS management system, drive risk reduction, and oversee inspections, investigations, training and emergency planning. This role combines site leadership with cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering and CAPEX to deliver environmental and safety excellence. Responsabilidades

- Lead and continuously improve the sites Health & Safety Management System per ADM standards and Spanish law
- Foster a strong safety culture with focus on SIF prevention and risk management
- Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations and CAPA actions
- Oversee safety training, emergency preparedness, contractor safety and Local HSE Committee
- Act as empresa-designated employee under Spanish Law 31/1995 with prevention services
- Lead Process Safety activities (HAZOP, LOPA, What-If,



MOC, PSSR)
- Ensure ATEX compliance across engineering, maintenance and CAPEX projects
- Oversee environmental compliance: emissions, waste, water, energy and regulatory reporting
- Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems
- Lead the Safety pillar within ADMs Performance Excellence programme

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years EHS experience in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation, environmental compliance, chemical risks and ATEX
- Practical experience with Process Safety tools (HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, PSSR) and incident investigation
- Project management experience including CAPEX and operational improvement
- Fluent in Spanish and English; ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Masters degree or equivalent in relevant technical field; Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Spanish qualification)
