Overview

In this role you will lead a multidisciplinary UX team to deliver high-quality experiences across Amadeus Hospitality products. You’ll shape UX strategy, align research and design practices, and drive UX maturity while partnering with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders. You will support team performance, growth, and long-term capability development to meet user and business needs. The opportunity centers on influencing product direction through research insights and scalable design systems, with a strong focus on collaboration and impact.

Responsabilidades

- Provide strategic direction and quality oversight for design outcomes
- Ensure alignment with UX principles, accessibility standards, and design system
- Influence product scope and prioritization using research insights and design frameworks
- Promote early UX involvement across the product lifecycle
- Plan resource needs aligned with roadmaps and domain priorities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, leadership, and customers to shape product direction
- Define and align on research strategy; ensure insights are actionable and credible




- Increase visibility of UX research across product teams and leadership
- Encourage learning, development, and career paths within the team
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to designers and researchers
- Support development of competencies in research, design, communication, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration
- Delegate and empower team members to own initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Experience guiding UX teams in complex SaaS environments (B2B/B2C)
- Experience designing for multi-platform ecosystems (web, mobile, CRM platforms)
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business partners to influence strategy and roadmaps
- Strong design and research background with ability to influence product direction
