Overview

In this role, you design and drive transformation programs for clients, coordinating PMO activities and delivering hands-on implementation. You’ll lead workstreams, coach clients, and supervise junior consultants within Orphoz’s high-performance culture. Based in Barcelona or Madrid, you join a hybrid team that blends startup agility with large-group resources. You’ll impact complex transformations while advancing your leadership capabilities through structured learning and mentorship.

Responsabilidades

- Design and implement client transformation plans and programs
- Coordinate and track PMO tasks
- Lead implementation projects and coach clients
- Manage project workstreams independently, with PM support




- Deliver parts of projects and lead client meetings/workshops
- Contribute to internal firm initiatives
- Develop and mentor junior consultants within the project.

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
- 2+ years in project management, preferably PMO in transformation projects
- Desirable: experience with AI-related solutions (analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools)
- Driven to create lasting impact and work well with others
- Flexible and adaptable to consulting environment
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
