Overview

In this Solutions Engineer (Consultant) role, you collaborate with go-to-market and internal teams to demonstrate Deel’s value to prospective clients. You’ll translate complex client needs into scalable, compliant solutions and support the sales process from discovery to implementation hand-off. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to address technical questions and accelerate deal velocity. This is acustomer-focused, fast-moving role where you shape technical outcomes and help customers scale globally.

Responsabilidades

- Showcase Deel’s platform value to win technical use cases
- Consult with prospects to identify gaps and design optimized future-state solutions
- Lead technical conversations during sales cycles (discovery, RFPs, demos, integration workshops)
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation plans
- Collaborate with Product,



Engineering and Operations to address prospect needs and refine messaging
- Challenge status quo to improve processes, assets, and value communication
- Develop and maintain technical enablement assets (demos, discovery frameworks, reference architectures)
- Support partnerships and marketing-led initiatives (webinars, events, content, joint workshops)
- Stay current on tech trends, integration patterns, security/compliance, and best practices

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 4 years in Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales or equivalent
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market/enterprise) including discovery, demos, security reviews, integrations
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems)
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR and business leaders
- Willingness to travel ~10% or less
