Overview

In this role you will design, develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based HR solutions, focusing on HCM and SuccessFactors. You will gather and translate client requirements into SAP specifications and lead deployments in cross-functional teams. You’ll work on multi-site projects, collaborating with delivery centers worldwide to drive client value. Responsabilidades

- Develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based HR solutions (HCM and SuccessFactors)
- Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications
- Lead SuccessFactors customizations and deployment
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business)




- Engage with clients and manage relationships and project financials
- Coordinate with delivery centers across the globe
- Possibly travel to client sites as needed

Requisitos principales

- 3–10 years of experience with HCM
- Experience developing functional and systems specifications
- Proficiency in English and Spanish for consulting
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
- Occasional travel may be required
