Overview

In this role you will lead the development of HV battery systems within a cutting-edge automotive environment, driving design, validation and cross‑functional coordination to meet performance, quality, cost and delivery targets. You will shape next‑generation EV platforms by collaborating with design, test, manufacturing and suppliers. The position combines technical leadership with hands-on problem solving to deliver robust energy storage solutions. Responsabilidades

- Lead HV battery system and component development (pack, BMS, hardware & software)
- Drive sub-system design & validation (virtual, prototype, serial)
- Translate vehicle performance targets into system requirements
- Manage technical issues, root cause analysis and countermeasures
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between design, test, manufacturing and suppliers
- Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement including market issue resolution




- Support cost reduction activities with plant, purchasing and suppliers
- Track milestones to ensure on-time delivery (QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Prepare and present technical reports, design notes and project status
- Support calibration, dataset preparation and system integration activities

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 4 years in electrified powertrain / HV battery systems (semi-senior)
- Strong experience in system design and development from concept to SOP
- Proven ability in project coordination and cross-functional leadership
- Experience working with suppliers and complex automotive environments
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- High autonomy, proactivity and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in High Voltage Battery systems (pack, cells, thermal, safety)
- Root cause analysis & troubleshooting
