Experteer Overview As Senior Category Manager for Bedding in UK/EU, you will own regional merchandising and drive product assortment, launches, and performance. You’ll partner with general product and regional teams to deliver a compelling bedding range and optimize the customer experience. Your role combines data-driven trading with cross-functional collaboration to scale Quince’s value proposition in international markets. You’ll shape new product opportunities and ensure quality, fit, and margins while enhancing site experience and pricing strategies. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead end-to-end merchandising for Bedding across UK/EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking • Execute regional merchandising strategy with US Product Merchandising and regional peers • Contribute to product ideation and business cases for new opportunities • Work cross-functionally with Product, Planning, Marketing, Design, Sourcing to balance inventory, GTM, and product quality • Analyze trading performance (sales, returns, margin)



and drive actions to improve results • Support pricing and assortment decisions for the region • Own product catalogue management, data accuracy, and system maintenance • Build site merchandising strategy, PDP roadmap, and customer journey optimizations • Monitor ratings, reviews, and returns to inform product quality improvements • Manage regional product samples and merchandising assets • Maintain merchandising reports, tools, trackers, and pricing files • Evaluate regional product compliance with Sourcing and Quality teams Responsabilidades • 8-10 years of retail buying or category experience in Home Textiles / Bedding • E-commerce and/or DTC experience; startup and blue-chip exposure preferred • Proven progression within organizations and growing scope • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred • Strong product awareness with commercial mindset and attention to detail • Product-obsessed with data-driven results from external sources • A
