Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end, multi-year REFS technology programs to translate business priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You align cross-functional teams across DDIT, Architecture, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to deliver sustainable business value and successful operational handover. You will explore AI, automation, and robotics opportunities to improve real estate, facilities, and workplace operations. This position offers the chance to drive transformation within a general, regulated environment from Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

Define and deliver multi-year REFS technology program roadmaps aligned with business priorities Lead end-to-end program delivery from demand through benefits realization Establish governance, reporting, and executive-ready status updates Manage program finances, contracts, and vendor/supplier governance Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement and change management Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy,



and regulatory requirements Identify and shape AI, automation, and robotics opportunities across facilities and operations Oversee risk management, dependencies, and operational readiness before go-live

Requisitos principales

10+ years of IT project/program management in global, matrixed, regulated environments Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple vendors and regions Experience managing program financials, contracts, and governance Experience delivering enterprise tech capabilities from strategy to deployment and handover Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline or equivalent experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate technical concepts into business value Broad understanding of technology supporting real estate, facilities, workplace, and operations Change management Leadership Negotiation IT program management in enterprise environments AI, automation, robotics enablement in operations Architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory alignment
