The Nutrition and Health Unit provides scientific and technological services to companies in the agri‑food, biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, in areas related to health and nutrition. Among other activities, we carry out nutritional intervention studies that combine our extensive experience in nutrition, metabolism and biochemistry with the analytical capabilities of our omics sciences center.

We are currently seeking a SENIOR RESEARCHER in CLINICAL STUDIES in the field of NUTRITION and HEALTH to join our team at Eurecat Reus, who will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Design, management, and execution of clinical studies in the area of nutrition.
- Preparation of research proposals and participation in competitive calls.
- Scientific coordination of European projects and large consortia.
- Evaluation and interpretation of results, preparation of scientific reports and publications.
- Participation in workshops and conferences related to the field.

Academic background:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Nutrition
- PhD in Food Science and Nutrition or a related field (required)

Specific Requirements

Knowledge and previous experience:

- Scientific coordination of European projects and international consortia.
- Experience in studies related to precision nutrition.
- Design and management of clinical studies.

Languages ENGLISH Level Excellent
