Overview

In this role you will be the trusted advisor guiding customers through TraceLinks Agentic Supply Chain journey. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to map current end-to-end processes to Agentic Business Processes and design future-state operating models. You will deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and RFP/RFI responses that show measurable value. Your work drives customer success and long-term adoption of the OPUS platform and related products.

Responsabilidades

Drive adoption of Agentic Business Process solutions with the Sales Executive Lead structured discovery to map customer use cases and evolving end-to-end processes Serve as trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders Support executive reviews, commercial planning,



and strategic account reviews Develop deep understanding of customer operating models and digital transformation initiatives Introduce Track & Trace ABP to expand value and support related opportunities Deliver solution-centric demonstrations/workshops aligned to customer outcomes Design and present future-state operating model with OPUS Agents Collaborate with Value Engineering to build executive business cases Maintain technical credibility across planning, execution, and orchestration processes Act as a liaison between field and product to relay market feedback and guide roadmap Own technical accuracy through the sales process and high-quality RFP/RFI inputs Support disciplined MEDDPICC-based qualification and accurate scoping

Requisitos principales

5+ years in a client-facing role combining technical presales and strategic consulting Consultative and value selling methodologies experience Excellent verbal and written communication across levels Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with cloud hosting architecture Track record of sales achievement and customer satisfaction Team player and collaborator Innovative thinking to expand opportunities in Supply Chain ABP and Track & Trace Up to 35% travel strong communication skills relationship-building collaboration across functions OPUS Platform and OPUS Agents Agentic Control Tower Track & Trace integration
