ACENTO is seeking a CRM Manager in Melilla to own retention, loyalty and lifecycle strategy for their online casino products. Based in Melilla with relocation if not local, you will design multichannel campaigns and segmentation to boost player activity and lifetime value.
You will manage campaigns, reporting, budgeting and ensure compliance with Spanish gaming regulations, while collaborating with marketing, commercial and operations teams.
