We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to manage supplier contracts that support healthcare services across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and maintain records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement activities.
- Provide contractual advice and support on procurement-related matters.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Supports the Procurement Excellence Team in other activities, such as data gathering, contract annexes, preparation of tenders, sustainable procurement, etc.

Qualifications:

- University graduate in a related discipline; a law degree or equivalent is desirable.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Proficiency in English. Spanish and/or another European language is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Desirable familiarity with contract management software.
- Flexibility to accommodate meetings with Latin America is desirable (some early evening hours may be required).
