A well-established general life sciences consulting organisation is seeking an experienced QMS Line Director to lead and expand its Quality Management Systems service line.

With an international presence and a strong reputation for supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations, the business provides specialist quality, compliance, validation and regulatory consulting services to clients across the globe.

This is a strategic leadership position with responsibility for growing the QMS practice, leading consulting teams, supporting client relationships and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Quality Management Systems consulting service line.
- Manage, mentor and grow a team of consultants.
- Act as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients.
- Support business development, proposals and client relationship management.
- Oversee the successful delivery of QMS implementation, optimisation and remediation projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service capabilities.




- Ensure high standards of project delivery and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience within Quality Management Systems in a regulated life sciences environment.
- Strong understanding of GxP and GMP requirements.
- Previous consulting, advisory or professional services experience.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Commercial awareness with exposure to business development activities.
- Experience with platforms such as TrackWise, Veeva Quality, MasterControl or other eQMS solutions is advantageous.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
