EPTA GROUP in Coslada (Madrid) is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, learning & development, employee experience, and HR projects. Hybrid working model with exposure to managers and employees across the HR function.

The role requires around 6 years HR experience, strong recruitment capabilities, and fluency in Spanish and English (B2+). Knowledge of Spanish labor law is essential; Portuguese is a plus.
