The organization is an international fashion company with a strong presence in retail.

Задачи

Manage Talent Acquisition for the retail business in Spain and Portugal, working with Store Managers, Area Managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Iberian store network, from defining needs and publishing roles to sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and following up through onboarding Recruit Sales Assistants, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other retail-related roles Work closely with business managers to understand store needs and anticipate future hiring Coordinate external recruitment partners when needed Participate in regular business and HR meetings to review recruitment processes, priorities, and needs Prepare and analyze recruitment KPIs, track vacancies, and report on activity Contribute to Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives Create and improve Talent Acquisition procedures, tools, and processes Collaborate on international projects and liaise regularly with corporate teams Gradually support other People projects related to the retail business





Требования

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment Experience recruiting store-based roles and understanding retail sector dynamics Ability to manage processes autonomously and take responsibility Strong communication and relationship-building skills with managers, HRBPs, and business stakeholders Organized, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset Ability to work with KPIs and track recruitment activity High level of English is essential for frequent contact with international teams Будет плюсом: experience in retail, fashion, luxury, accessories, beauty, or similar; recruitment consulting experience, especially managing Retail/Fashion clients or divisions; previous store experience, especially as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a role with team responsibility
