Experteer Overview As a People Business Partner for SITA for Aircraft, you will translate business priorities into People strategies that enable transformation and growth across a global, technology-led unit.

You partner with senior leaders to build high-performing, regionally balanced teams and to design structures that support product, engineering, and operations.

You’ll drive workforce planning, leadership development, and change initiatives while embedding SFA’s values across 20 countries.

This role offers influence over talent and culture in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades• 7+ years in HR business partnering or HR leadership roles• Experience in organizational design and strategic workforce planning• Strong ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leaders• Track record in transformation and change management in integral, matrixed environments• Analytical skills with ability to convert data into insights• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making• Fluent in English; willing to travel• Strategic thinker with business acumen and cultural agility
