Experteer Overview In this Senior Clinical Trial Manager role, you lead clinical trial operations within a sponsor-dedicated model backed by ICON’s global expertise.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality trial outcomes across programs.
You will develop teams, optimize study management, and ensure timely start-up, enrollment, and oversight.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Oversee the clinical portion of the budget to ensure efficient resource allocation• Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight• Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to optimize performance• Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities to meet timelines• Review trip reports and implement CAPA plans to maintain study integrity• Foster productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
