Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end IT project delivery and program management within Duracell's integral teams.

You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure governance and quality standards are met.

You act as a single point of contact for status updates and partner with Change Management to enable adoption of new systems.

The role combines hands-on implementation with strategic leadership to scale programs and deliver measurable impact.

Responsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience with Waterfall and Hybrid Agile• Strong IT background in software development, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering• Proven leadership of direct and indirect teams with mentoring• Experience presenting to business leadership and building strategic relationships• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills• Proficient in MS Office (Power

Point and Excel) and MS Project• Ability to travel globally• Experience with PMIS tools such as Monday.com, Service

Now SPM, and Azure Dev

Ops is a plus• PMP certification preferred but not required• Experience managing ERP programs and working in consulting is a plus
