Experteer Overview In this role you drive IT stability and operational excellence by turning data into actionable insights, reducing incidents and risk, and steering AI-driven automation across IT operations.

You’ll collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to influence the stability roadmap and improve service resilience at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Contribute to the IT stability roadmap to enhance change quality, resilience, and risk management• Monitor infrastructure and service performance to spot trends and potential issues before they affect operations• Support incident, problem and change management lifecycle, coordinating RCAs and preventive actions• Use data analytics to build KPIs and translate insights into concrete actions• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve monitoring, incident resolution,



and change delivery• Drive continuous service improvement and reduce manual effort across IT operations• Manage improvement initiatives end-to-end with clear scope, milestones, and stakeholder coordination• Communicate insights and improvement plans clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management

Responsabilidades• Degree in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field with experience in IT operations, service management or process improvement• Hands-on experience with incident and change management and ITSM governance• Strong data analytics skills with Excel, Power BI, or SQL• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or motivation to obtain it• Experience managing cross-functional projects in complex or fast-paced settings• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Structured, analytical, proactive mindset with multi-priority ownership• Experience with Service

Now, AI or automation tools, observability/AIOps practices, or Agile/Scrum would be advantageous
