Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead onboarding and implementation projects for strategic and enterprise customers across North America as part of Guesty’s Professional Services team.

You’ll guide projects from SOW to post-onboarding handoff, ensuring on-time delivery, alignment with customer goals, and high-quality results.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to orchestrate a structured onboarding experience that scales with our customers.

Your impact lies in driving smooth deployments, clear governance, and measurable outcomes for hospitality operators.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Own full project lifecycle from SOW to handoff, creating detailed plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk assessments• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Product, CX, and Sales to meet deliverables on schedule• Serve as primary point of contact for updates and coordination with strategic and enterprise customers• Implement and maintain project governance including change control, risk/issue tracking, and client sign-off management• Identify and manage risks, lead escalations,



and drive timely resolutions with stakeholders• Act as central liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure alignment on timelines, product readiness, integrations and expectations• Monitor and report project performance against KPIs to internal and external stakeholders

Responsabilidades• 2-4 years of project management or implementation experience in a B2B SaaS or Professional Services environment• Experience managing strategic or enterprise customers with complex onboarding• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and own outcomes• Strong skills in timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and risk management• Experience with PM tools such as Rocketlane, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus• Excellent verbal and written communication, with capacity to engage executive stakeholders• Technical acumen to understand software configuration, APIs, and data migration workflows• High ownership, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and a customer-focused mindset• Familiarity with PMS industry or STR tech ecosystem is a plus• Self-starter who works independently in a fast-paced environment
