Experteer Overview In this role you will design and scale the research operations that power Dow Jones’ Design u0026amp; Research function.

You’ll build scalable, self-service research infrastructure and governance to enable cross-functional teams to conduct high-quality studies at speed.

You’ll lead high-visibility programs that embed UX measurement and AI-enabled methods across the B2B product portfolio, partnering with senior leadership to sustain impact.

This is a chance to shape how research scales across a general media technology organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Own and drive the Research at Scale program, building self-service infrastructure, training, governance, and tooling for independent research by designers and product managers• Stand up the B2B UX Measurement program, implement PES u0026 UES scorecards across B2B products and drive adoption through tooling and training• Lead the AI Research Tooling pilot, evaluate and roll out AI-powered methods and tools (including synthetic users, modular connectors, and AI moderation) to shorten time-to-insight• Build and manage a centralized research knowledge infrastructure with intake, templates,



and governance• Scale and maintain the B2B and B2C Customer Panel, managing recruitment, vendor relationships, and engagement with 1,100+ participants• Provide recommendations for research tooling and cost efficiencies across the tech stack• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to improve workflows and throughput

Responsabilidades• 10+ years in research operations, UX research, or related operational role in a product/tech org• Proven track record building scalable research systems from scratch• Experience designing training curricula to up-skill non-researchers• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional stakeholders• Hands-on experience with Pendo, Maze, Qualtrics, Airtable, Figma or equivalents• Ability to operate at the intersection of research rigor and pragmatic operations• Strong written communication skills for documentation and updates
