Experteer Overview In this role you will quality-check Private Bankers’ client interactions to ensure compliant, effective outcomes.

You will provide data-driven feedback and scorecard evaluations, identify trends and root causes, and help raise quality standards across the team.

You’ll mentor new Quality Control members and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk to align on best practices.

This position supports Revolut’s Private Banking mission by mitigating risk and sustaining trust across global client experiences.

Responsabilidades• A bachelor's degree (must be able to provide a certificate)• 3+ years in sales quality assurance, compliance, or risk monitoring within regulated wealth management/private banking/brokerage• Fluency in English (C1+ level)• Solid understanding of private banking risk considerations and ability to identify these risks• Experience analyzing trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex client interactions or large datasets• Ability to interpret and verify information, gathering relevant details for thorough reviews• Proficiency with data-driven tools, dashboards, and case management systems• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk• Expertise in reviewing sales processes and controls and recommending improvements• Exposure to wealth management regulatory obligations across multiple regions
