Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the operational delivery of HVAC projects across Spain, ensuring safe, on-time, and quality outcomes.

You manage Site Supervisors and field teams to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while aligning with Johnson Controls’ mission for smart, sustainable buildings.

You oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, and you continuously improve operations and project performance.

This position offers impact on critical data center infrastructure and opportunities to shape service delivery at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Lead HVAC systems operations across Spain and coach site teams• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities• Drive workforce planning, resource optimization,



and subcontractor management• Foster strong customer and stakeholder relationships and lead operational reviews• Promote health and safety compliance and local regulatory adherence• Monitor KPIs, productivity, resource utilization, and project profitability• Drive continuous improvement across operations and project delivery

Responsabilidades• 5-6 years of experience in construction, engineering, building services, HVAC, or technical operations• Experience leading operational teams across multiple sites or projects• Strong knowledge of project delivery, workforce planning, and CRM• Experience managing subcontractors and field teams• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Fluent in Swedish and English• Valid driving license
