Experteer Overview In this role you drive technical CAPEX and maintenance projects to improve installation performance and reduce total cost of ownership while upholding safety and compliance.

You work closely with Maintenance or Technical Managers to ensure asset availability and may lead project teams from design through delivery.

You may specialize or act as a generalist, applying maintenance and improvement methods to optimize production processes.

This position offers hands-on project leadership in a integral context with a focus on technical excellence and cross-functional coordination.
