Experteer Overview As Project Pursuit Leader, you drive strategic pursuit activities for process industries in Spain, identifying opportunities and shaping qualification and pursuit strategies.

You collaborate across sales, engineering, operations, and business development to craft winning solutions.

You’ll help customers solve complex challenges with Emerson’s automation, software, reliability, and digital transformation offerings.

This role offers impact through cross-functional leadership, account plans, and proactive business development in a growth-focused environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Own pursuit strategies and support annual business objectives within assigned industries and territories• Identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic project opportunities• Lead project pursuit activities and coordinate cross-functional resources to develop winning solutions• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and growth objectives• Build relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers• Gather and communicate customer, market, and competitive intelligence to support business strategy• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, workshops,



and solution demonstrations• Support commercial and technical discussions throughout the sales cycle• Expand Emerson's presence in existing and new accounts through proactive business development• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure successful opportunity execution and customer satisfaction

Responsabilidades• Experience in project pursuit, strategic sales, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role• Experience supporting industrial automation, process industries, digital transformation, or comparable technical solutions• Ability to develop customer-focused solutions and business strategies• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders on complex opportunities• Consultative selling and opportunity qualification capabilities• Ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal• Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required• Legal authorization to work in Spain
