Compensaciones / Beneficios• Maintain and execute an individual Activity Plan aligned with the Country Activity Plan• Stay up-to-date on medical knowledge, product data, and regional clinical activity• Develop and manage a network of Leading Specialists; understand their needs and value drivers• Communicate the scientific value and clinical data of products; discuss therapeutic benefits• Represent the company in professional associations and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Medical Education• Deliver proactive and reactive scientific communications consistent with approved SPCs and evidence• Organize and participate in Medical Education activities and advisory boards• Engage Payors for market access discussions and provide objective data to support decisions• Support Sales with medical training and act as a scientific query reference point• Support local implementation of the Medical Affairs Plan through studies, investigator recruitment, and data presentation• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, including pharmacovigilance and transfer of value rules• Coordinate with GCO on site identification for studies and timely adverse event reporting• Maintain inspection readiness and ensure training documentation is current• Provide scientific input for NPP programs and strategic company decisions• Contribute to translational and non-interventional studies and discuss regulatory developments• Identify investigators for interventional and non-interventional studies and propose sites
Responsabilidades• Scientific degree (Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science degree) or related qualification• Strong peer-to-peer communication skills with Leading Specialists• Customer-focused mindset with business results awareness• Ability to coordinate in a complex, changing environment• Adherence to Credo values and Health Care Business Integrity guidelines• Relevant work experience in Medical Affairs or scientific communication• Knowledge of regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and safety reporting processes• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
