Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help both emerging startups and established businesses unlock their full potential through data-driven PPC strategies.Guide new clients through onboarding and develop tailored PPC strategies aligned with their business goals.Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive outbound sales efforts, increase client investment, and identify upselling opportunities.Market Engagement: Identify and engage high-potential Dutch businesses,



including fast-growing "future unicorns."Account Management: Manage a high volume of accounts with accuracy, ensuring CRM data is consistently updated.Performance Targets: Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-oriented environment.C2 level Dutch and strong English communication skills.2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management in a target-driven environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing, preferably PPC/Google Ads.Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-based role.Nice to HaveExperience with AI tools and data-driven sales workflows.Understanding of the Dutch digital marketing ecosystem.What We OfferFull-time hybrid position in Barcelona (39 hours/week).
