We are looking for an experienced
Production Java Support professional
with a strong background in banking applications, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance.

Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience maintaining and supporting Java-based web applications.
- 2+ years of experience in Service Request Management.
- Intermediate knowledge of
Confirming / Supplier Payments – Mandatory
.
- Intermediate-level
PL/SQL and ServiceNow – Mandatory
.
- Experience in flow and process monitoring.
- Knowledge of Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance banking products.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to Have:
- Control-M Workload Automation
- Dynatrace and Kibana
- Spanish proficiency at B2 level
- Banking payment formats, including ISO standards, and regulatory reporting experience
- ITIL certification
