Your Day-to-day * Run and optimize Klaviyo flows, Salesforce lead scoring, and loyalty/retention programs * Build AI-driven workflows: lead scoring, segmentation, next-best-action, predictive reactivation * Oversee phone channels : call tracking, missed-call recovery, lead attribution * Turn customer data into personalization, reporting, and revenue * Own your numbers: conversion, repeat purchase, AOV, CLV, response times Your Profile * Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent) and Salesforce * Practical use of AI in CRM/marketing (Agentforce, Einstein, ChatGPT or similar) * E-commerce background,
