Role Description
The Coordinator of Volunteers internship role is an on-site position based in Mataró. This role involves supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of volunteers for various projects and initiatives. The coordinator will assist in organizing volunteer schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that volunteers are informed about their responsibilities and available resources. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating basic training sessions, responding to volunteer inquiries, and helping to plan outreach activities that engage local communities. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with project needs and organizational goals, while contributing to a positive and inclusive volunteer experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training to support effective coordination and development of volunteers.




- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact with volunteers, colleagues, and community partners in a clear and respectful manner.
- Candidates should possess skills in Community Outreach to help promote volunteer opportunities and build relationships with local organizations and groups.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate documentation of volunteer activities.
- Comfort working on-site in Mataró and collaborating within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
- Interest in sustainability, management systems, or international trade is beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in social sciences, communications, management, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
