Purpose of the Role
- This role provides operational and administrative support to the Spanish office, working closely with the operations, purchasing, logistics, and sales teams.
- The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of purchase and sales orders, supplier communication, logistics coordination, shipment follow-up, and general back-office administration.
- The position requires close collaboration with colleagues in both Spain and the UK, as well as regular communication with international customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales and purchase orders in internal systems.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Support the sales team with order processing, administration, and documentation.
- Track and follow up on supplier deliveries and customer shipments.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including equipment collections, deliveries, courier bookings, and transport arrangements.




- Liaise with transport companies and logistics providers regarding collections, deliveries, and shipment status.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to orders and shipments.
- Maintain accurate internal records for orders, suppliers, customers, and logistics activities.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.
- Communicate with international customers and suppliers in English when required.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Spanish office.
- Work closely with colleagues in Spain and the UK to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations.
- Ensure accuracy, organisation, and compliance with internal procedures.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative, operations, purchasing, logistics, sales support, or similar back-office role.
- Fluent Spanish and good written and spoken English.
