Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Digital Activation Manager
to lead the development and execution of digital marketing projects and campaigns across Europe.

This is a highly autonomous role combining
digital expertise, campaign activation, project management, data and performance
. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning marketing and business objectives into actionable projects and driving them from initial brief through execution, measurement and optimization.

We are looking for someone with strong digital expertise who can manage multiple projects and markets, coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders, define KPIs and measurement frameworks, and ensure high-quality execution with limited supervision.

Profile
- 7+ years of experience
in Digital Marketing, Digital Activation, Performance Marketing or related roles.
- Strong experience managing
digital and integrated marketing projects from brief to execution
.
- Solid knowledge of Paid Media, SEO, websites, e-commerce, analytics and digital consumer journeys.
- Strong knowledge of analytics,



tracking and reporting tools such as
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar
.
- Experience defining KPIs
, developing dashboards and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Good understanding of CMS, web platforms, SEO, CRO and digital technologies.
- Experience managing agencies, external partners, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a
digital, media or advertising agency is highly valued
.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
- High level of autonomy, ownership and proactivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English. Additional European languages are a plus.
