The
Activation Marketer
for
Iberia
(Spain and Portugal) within
Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD)
will drive local market growth by executing impactful marketing plans, building strong channel partner engagement, and generating end-user demand. This role will work closely with Sales, Channel Managers, Application Engineers and EMEA teams to localize campaigns, support new product launches, strengthen e-commerce execution, and ensure marketing activities are aligned with business priorities and market needs.

Here, You Will Make An Impact By
- Develop and lead execution of the Spanish and Portuguese marketing activation plan, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with commercial goals.
- Coordinate local events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns and PR support, to drive awareness and demand generation for 3M solutions
- Support strategic MSO initiatives and develop Account Based Marketing plans for key MSO’s (Multi Shop Ownership) to accelerate growth and new product adoption
- Lead local launch plans to deliver successful new product introductions, including forecasting, sales enablement tools, demand generation activities, channel enablement and performance tracking.
- Partner with channel teams to develop impactful JBP (Joint Business Plans) that drive strong engagement and sales growth initiatives.
- Drive e-commerce activation through content syndication, product listings, Where to Buy tools, and digital channel initiatives.
