Quantitative Research / Data Science expert
expert to join our team full-time
and work with us across international research and strategy projects.

We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in
quantitative methods, statistics, and Python
, comfortable working with complex datasets and designing robust analytical approaches from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Design quantitative research approaches, surveys, and analytical frameworks
- Analyze complex behavioral and survey datasets using
Python
- Apply statistical techniques, segmentation, clustering, and modelling where relevant
- Identify patterns, test hypotheses, and assess relationships across variables
- Build clear visualizations and translate complex analyses into meaningful insights
- Help shape recommendations for product, strategy, and business decisions

Qualifications
- Strong background in




quantitative research, statistics, econometrics, data science, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in
Python for data analysis
- Experience with survey data, behavioral datasets, segmentation, and statistical modelling
- Strong analytical thinking and methodological rigor
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Professional working proficiency in English

This is a
specialist quantitative role
, not a qualitative or generalist research position. We’re looking for someone who can bring real depth in data analysis and quantitative research.
